Our Commitment – Flourish Home Support Services are committed to providing the best level of support to people using our service. We will work with the person to develop their own Personal Support Plans to enable them, as far as possible, to retain their independence and dignity. We continually strive to achieve the highest standards through the quality of our staff and their commitment and dedication to delivering care, support and enablement to all those that they work with.  Our staff will provide a range of personalised support packages which will promote independence and maximise inclusion and choice. We ensure that we work to the Scottish Social Service Council, s Codes of Practice and our own stringent policies and procedures, creating a safe and caring environment to all Flourish Home Support service users. The company will strive to effectively network with partners within the local community to provide a balanced and consistent approach to anticipatory care.
